Security Policy


System Monitoring

To protect the system from unauthorized use and to ensure that the system is functioning properly, system administrators monitor this system. Anyone using this system expressly consents to such monitoring and is advised that if such monitoring reveals possible conduct of criminal activity, system personnel may provide evidence of such monitoring to law enforcement officers.

Online Transactions

Agencies that conduct transactions via the web should explicitly state on their website the kinds of information required for such transactions, and how the agency stores and/or uses such information. Secure Socket Layer

Agencies that conduct online transactions that require a social security number or other sensitive data are required to encrypt the data transmission with 128bit secure socket layer (SSL) technologies. SSL transactions are processed by industry standard hardware and verified with VeriSign certificates.
